Biography
Philip’s recent stage roles have included leads with Italy’s Piccolo Teatro di Milano (Coriolanus, Shakespeare Vs Shakespeare, To be or note…), Theatre Alba (Saint Joan, Suddenly Last Summer, Bedtime Story) and UK and Italy tours with Peapod Productions (The Reindeer Monologues, The Garden, Passing Through, The Moonlit Road), plus roles with the National Theatre of Scotland, Traverse Theatre,Siege Perilous, Wildworks, Tron Theatre and The Arches.
Film work includes Netflix’s new feature Outlaw King, The Wicker Tree and the Scottish BAFTA winning Trouble Sleeping.
TV work includes Outlander and Look and Read (BBC).
Philip is also an award winning voiceover artist, including having narrated several series for Twig Education.
In addition to the performance roles, Philip has taught and directed with youth drama, including currently serving on the Board of Firefly Arts and he also has extensive corporate role play experience.
He is a BA (Hons) graduate in Performance and is the founder and Artistic Director of Peapod Productions.
